    Pick you favourite Maison Kame incense scent. Choose a calm spot and place a stick in a stable, heatproof incense holder on a flat surface.

    02 Light the incense

    Light the tip of the stick until it catches a steady flame. Let it burn for a few seconds, then gently blow out the flame so the tip glows and a thin stream of smoke appears.

    03 Begin your ritual

    Take a moment to arrive: put your phone away, sit or lie down comfortably and notice the smoke spreading through the room. Breathe in slowly and let the scent carry you inward.

    04 Stay while it burns

    Let the incense smoulder undisturbed while you read, journal, meditate or simply rest. When the stick has finished burning, allow the ash to cool completely before disposing of it.
